Are all of your items Used?

No not all. Though our items are primarily used or Pre-Loved as we prefer to say, some are sold as new. Any item will state if it is New, Pre-Loved or Extra Pre-Loved in the description.

What is your care process?

First we thoroughly inspect and sort all items ensuring they are still in good condition. We will then launder and press the items ready for you to fall in Love with them again. Any items that fail our inspection are not binned, we want to keep as many clothes as possible out of landfill. Some clothing can be passed on to charities while others may need to be recycled.

How long will my order take?

Orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days and we use royal mails tracked 48 for delivery. Once your order has been shipped we will let you know.

Is there a delivery charge?

There is a delivery charge of £3.90 on all orders.
